Spa Policies

Gift Certificate Policy
Prices are in effect for one (1) year from the month of purchase.
No refunds on sale merchandise or gift certificates.
Exchange or credit only with receipt.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments for all services 60 minutes or longer.
48 hour notice is required for any Spa Package or multiple service booking of three (3) or more.
Seven (7) day cancellation notice is required for larger parties (excluding Bridal Bookings).
The lack of such notification will result in a charge of 25% of the value of the services reserved for you.
All “No Shows” are charged at full service price.
A credit card will be required at the time of reservation for these services.

Gratuity Policy
Extending a gratuity as a result of a great spa experience is at the discretion of our guests and is greatly appreciated.
